How to Make Gobi 65- Cauliflower 65 Restaurant Style
Wash and clean the cauliflower florets, take cauliflower florets in a bowl, add turmeric powder and blanch them in hot water for 1 minutes.Drain it out from water and keep it aside.
Take another bowl, add corn flour, rice flour, all purpose flour, salt, kashmiri chilly powder, garam masala powder, ginger garlic paste, chopped curry leaves, chopped coriander leaves, finely chopped green chilly, lemin juice, curd. Add little water and make a thick batter.
Add masala paste to the cauliflower florests and mix well. for even coating.
Heat the oil and when it is hot, fry the gobi pieces in two batches. Never over crowd the frying pan. Deep fry them twice in medium flame.When it turns light brown, drain excess oil in a kitchen towel.
Heat another pan with 2 tsp oil, fry curry leaves and green chillies. Mix it along with fried gobi.Serve hot with sauce or chutney of your choice.
