Bread Pudding with no bake is one of those dish that can be prepared in a hurry burry, especially when you have unexpected guest over at the house. This is a simply delicious pudding which can be prepared with left over bread that nobody wants, combined with milk and sugar.

How to Make Bread Pudding- Steamed Bread Pudding- Easy Dessert Recipe
The ingredients for steamed bread pudding, see pic below. Keep it aside.
Heat a pan with 2 tbsp sugar and 1 tbsp water. Stir this mixture using a spatula while sugar is melting. Keep the heat on low and stir continously. When sugar syrup turn golden and start bubbling switch off the pan.
Pour this caramel syrup into butter greased mould and keep it aside.
In a blender, add bread slices, eggs, milk, sugar, condensed milk, cardamom and vanila essence, blend all this ingredients together until smooth.
Pour this batter over the caramelized mould.
Place the bread pudding it in a steamer and steam it for about 45- 50 minutes in a medium heat. Do not forget to cover the pudding mould with a lid or aluminium foil.
After 45 mins, check whether pudding is ready or not by inserting a knife and if the knife comes out clean it is done.
Remove from steamer. Allow it to cool and then carefully insert a plain knife around the edges to loosen it up. Cover the mould with a plate and invert the pudding on the plate. Cut into desired shapes and serve warm or cool.
