Carrot juice has particularly high content of B-carotene, a source of vitamin A, but it is also high in B complex vitamins like folate, and many minerals. Carrot juice has a uniquely sweet flavor or concentrated carrots. Orange juice usually refers to the fruit juice obtained from squeezing orange.
In this smoothie I have added a very small piece ginger grated it over the smoothie before serving. If you want you can add or skip the ginger. I like ginger flavor a lot and I usually add ginger in Carrot juice and carrot- orange smoothie too. This smoothie recipe is with both fruits and vegetables. How to Make Orange Carrot Smoothie- Orange and Carrot juice Recipe
Grind chopped carrots, water, honey and lemon juice to a smooth liquid.
Drain out with a strainer and transfer to glasses equally.
Squeeze oranges and take out the juice, pour the juices into glasses equally. Finally add the grated ginger and ice cubes, mix well with a spoon.
Serve chilled in this summer season.
