I wanted to post this recipe for months now but somehow it just happened until this time I decided to change my schedule when I make this to click pictures. I have served this pudding in layers like cooked sago then mango milk mixture and finally garnish with chopped mangoes. You can do variations according to your taste and preference. How to Make Mango Sago Dessert- Mango Sago Pearls Pudding Recipe- Chilled Mango Sago Summer Recipe
Wash and soak sago pearls for 15 minutes, wash well to remove starch then. Now boil water and add sago and cook them till it gets transparent and soft. Continue stir while cooking to avoid sticking to the bottom.
Drain water from sago and wash them in cold water. Drain out completely and set aside.
Add half portion of the mentioned condensed milk to the cooked sago and keep inside the refrigerator until chilled.
Peel the mangoes and chop. Set aside.
In a blender add chilled milk, sugar and chopped mangoes. Grind it to smooth puree.
Add remaining condensed milk and blend once more to combine well. Keep in refrigerator for an hour before serving.
Take 2 serving glasses and pour sago mixture.
Then pour mango mixture on top and serve along with chopped mangoes and cherries. Serve chilled.
