This version of creamy healthy fusion wraps, can be served as starter, snacks, single menu dinner and of course it is ideal for kids lunch box too. Roti or chapathi recipes are same as normal frankie, but spreads and fillings can be choose according to the preference. The spreads can be normally made from cheese, mayonnaise and different sauces. In this fusion frankie, I have used cheese spreads, along with chicken and vegetable filling. The tangy taste of lemon and pasta seasoning is very enjoyable! One of the most interesting and practical snacks to entertain kids. Frankies are favorite for kids and they enjoy this.
Tips- For making a spicy frankie you can add finely chopped green chilies or sprinkle red chili flakes on the filling. If you want you can make a crispy crunch frankie, for that just make your roti crisper by adding little ghee and heat on pan until slightly golden both sides. You can use left over fried or tandoori chicken chunks for this recipe. For vegetarians substitute chicken with paneer or mushrooms. If like to have more cheese, then use grated cheese on top, before serving.
