I have a huge list of recipe requests, this is one such recipe. I am trying to add the requested recipes one by one. There are many ways of preparing potatos balls, I tried the traditional method of making the masala, then mixed up with bread crumbs and deep fried in oil. The final result was really delicious with crispy exterior and mouth melting interior. As a kid friendly snack, you can minimal the spice as it suits you and your family taste buds. For adults you can increase the spices like red chili powder and green chilies, to make these balls spicy. Serve hot along with tomato ketchup or mint chutney.
Tips- With the same recipe, along with bread, potato and cauliflower you can use grated panner too. I have used wheat bread crumbs, you can use any bread. Fry the balls in a medium heat and fry until done. Do fry the balls in small batches, do not over crowd the pan. For pure vegetarians use milk in place of egg to dip the balls before frying.
