In a pan heat 4 cups of water with salt. When it comes to boil add noodles and cook the noodles.
Drain them in a colander and rinse with running water, strain the noodles well and rub little oil.
Heat chili oil in a wide pan or wok. Add garlic and saute on a medium flame for 30 seconds.
Add sliced onions, green chilies and saute well. Saute until the raw smell goes on.
Pour beaten egg and scramble the eggs well.
Add the cooked noodles and mix well.
Pour red chili sauce and red chili paste. Combine well and cook on medium flames for 1 to 2 minutes.
Add vinegar and adjust salt. Serve hot along with any chinese gravy.
