I would love to say my grandma and my mom were the greatest influence on my life. They always tried to make sure I was always doing my best and doing what I wanted to do. They always wanted me to stay strong, stay independent, and not let anybody get in the way. They are all about equality in every single way and I leaned a lot from them. There are many those nostalgic recipes that reminds us of grandma that I know by heart. She also taught me about the importance of tradition in food.
Tips- This is a very hot dish, add or reduce dry red chilies, green chilies and peppercorns according to your spice level. Using coconut oil and shallots is must for the authentic traditional taste of the recipe.
