This fish dum biryani is a perfect start and you will love how well the fish blends with the flavorful masala and rice. I have used born less fish chunks to make this recipe but you can use any fish of your choice. I have felt that only an onion raita goes well with fish biryani and best when served hot or warm. Like chicken or any other meat fish doesn’t need much resting time after the marination, you can just make without any waiting time also and fish also gets cooked quickly. For all fish adorers this will be delightful recipe and yet healthy. Make your dinner party exclusive by serving this biryani.
Tips- For a vegetarian version, you could even try mixed vegetables in place of fish. For dum biryani use heavy bottomed utensil or non stick sauce pan. Don’t worry if you not having tight lid, cover the pan with aluminium foil or muslin cloth and close the pot with lid.
