Sausages are ever so delicious and a great option if you like your sausages with a bit more kick than the shop bought ones. A very simple, mouthwatering Indo- Chinese dish. It is a version of chilli chicken recipe, this Chinese flavored sausages can be serve as a side dish or a starter. It really goes well with noodles, chowmein, fried rice or even with chapathi. The chili sausage I am sharing today is one of those simple one pot meals that is the kind of meal busy weeknights need. It is not super spicy, so the kids will eat it. It is simple, delicious and perfect for trying anytime and hope you all enjoy it.
Tips- This recipe don’t need salt actually because I have added chicken stock cubes, it’s already salted. And using of sauces like soy sauce and chili sauce also increase the salt level, so use salt after tasting the dish only.
How to Make Sausage Chilli Fry Recipe- Spicy Chicken Chilli Sausages
Wash sausages well and drain out completely. Slice them and set aside.
Heat a pan with oil and saute ginger and garlic paste in high flame until raw smell goes on.
Add sliced sausages and fry for couple of minutes.
Add chicken stock cubes and mix well.
Add tomato sauce, red chilly sauce, soy sauce, vinegar and combine well and saute for couple of minutes in high flame.
Serve along with fried rice or noodles.
I have served along with soupy noodles.
