Banana Bread Recipe- Banana Loaf Cake

Banana Bread Loaf

That I ate three pieces of this banana bread, the crust right out from the oven, is crispy and flavorful. The bread itself is soft and very moist. Really felt difficult to cut it perfectly. It can be served warm or room temperature, banana bread is a comfort food that just hits the spot. Give it a try and let me know what you think! I used my hand mixer to cream the butter and sugar and incorporate the eggs, but for the bananas and flour mixture I use a spatula and mix gently until everything has just come together. I also add about 1/2 cup of orange juice soaked rasins. So mixing the ingredients carefully, mixing is an important step in this recipe.

Tips- If you want to make these into muffins, use the same recipe and for mini muffins bake approximately 20-25 mins and normal size muffins 30- 35 mins. Add a handful of chopped nuts or chocolate chips when you add in the flour. Those are some yummy additions! I recommend cutting the sugar down to 3/4 cup if adding chocolate chips in.
